Wide Open 2 unfolds as a vivid landscape of horizontal bands, where color becomes both terrain and feeling. A brilliant orange sky stretches across the top, meeting layered strips of deep teal and blue-green that suggest a distant horizon. Beneath them, a pale lavender passage offers a quiet breath before a broad emerald form sweeps in from the left, its uneven edge lending the composition a sense of movement. Turquoise and earthy brown anchor the middle, while another flare of orange glows below. At the base, deep purple and burgundy settle into a dark, grounded field. Though each hue occupies a distinct block, subtle variations and softly blended textures give the surfaces depth. Warm oranges and browns press against cool blues and greens, creating a lively tension that feels expansive yet balanced.
